We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when submitting our demo request form:

• Full name
• Organization name
• Your role (selected from a list)
• Your message (optional free text)

We do not collect your email address directly through the form. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking technology on this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for one purpose only: to respond to your demo request and follow up about V15ION's product. We will not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. How Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. through their Forms service. Netlify is a US-based company and stores form data on servers in the United States. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and stored in the US.

Netlify's privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy. We access your submission data through the Netlify dashboard and may receive it via email notification.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping — typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except:

• Netlify — as our form processing infrastructure (see Section 4)
